Pipes don't wait for daylight to fail, and our San Rafael dispatch team doesn't wait for morning to respond. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your San Rafael address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in San Rafael, CA kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our San Rafael roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in San Rafael isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and San Rafael, CA licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a San Rafael, CA warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Ask any San Rafael property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one San Rafael call at a time.
The most expensive San Rafael restoration jobs we run almost never started as a dramatic flood; they started as something small that got put off. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later — our San Rafael dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our San Rafael crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a San Rafael property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We place industrial dehumidifiers and air movers based on actual psychrometric calculations, not a standard equipment count per room, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For San Rafael homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
San Rafael businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a San Rafael job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every San Rafael drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.
Our San Rafael, CA warehouse keeps drying equipment close, which typically puts a San Rafael tech at your door inside an hour.
Our paperwork is built to match what adjusters expect, and we'll speak with your insurer directly on your behalf.
Final moisture readings have to hit dry-standard before we consider a San Rafael job done, and getting there again is on us, not you.
Tell our San Rafael dispatcher what's happening — we'll ask a few quick questions to send the right equipment on the first trip.
A licensed technician heads to your San Rafael address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
Standing water comes out first; drying equipment gets placed only after we've mapped exactly where moisture is hiding.
We don't close the file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, and you leave with full photo and moisture documentation.
We measure moisture with instruments, not guesswork, and we won't sign off on a San Rafael job until those readings match the dry standard for the materials involved. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That's not a marketing line — it's written into every San Rafael work order we issue. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
